Returns

Returns and exchanges for all retail orders will be accepted within 5 days from the date of purchase. Return labels can be requested by emailing info@gravityhomme.com—please be sure to include your invoice number, name, date of purchase, proof of purchase, any comments, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

All orders shipped out are eligible for a one time exchange, a second label cannot be requested. If an exchange is returned, it will only be eligible for store credit.

Returned Merchandise Conditions

•All merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt with all tags attached. 
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition; unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with a proof of purchase or receipt.
• You are responsible for the care of the items. If items are not returned in good condition, we hold the right to refuse the items for credit or compensation. 
• If you return items claiming that they are damaged, please contact Customer Service via email within 3 days of receiving the product, and include pictures and descriptions to consider replacing or refunding. 
• We do not refund shipping costs.  Please do not send your purchase back until you receive our return authorization. 

Non-returnable Items/Final Sale:

*A small number of deeply discounted items may be marked final sale; in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
